Lil Baby is back to start the year off with a bang after dropping his last project back in 2022...
Album Review | Hip-Hop | Rap
rating:7.5/10 (Good)
Best song:"So Sorry"

Lil Baby is asking the people "Who Hard As Me?" all through this album and I actually understand him because the past two years, he has been a little quiet in the rap but not anymore. After taking two listens of the album, I am not going to lie, I was personally expecting more due to two year and two month hiatus from the game but all in all it was a decent album. On track two, "Dum, Dumb & Dumber", it was great to hear some new Young Thug tunes since his release from jail and Future delivered as well. This album caters more to the day one Baby fans and not really for the fans that come for Tik-Toks, viral songs and so on.
Yes Lil Baby is starting the year off strong but that’s not all he has in store for 2025. During a December appearance on Lil Yachty's podcast, Lil Baby confirmed he would release another album, titled Dominique, before the end of the year.
“At first, I was telling people I was going to drop a double album. Now, I’m dropping the WHAM album and Dominique album,” he explained. “I still put some of the songs I was gonna use for Dominique on WHAM ’cause I know my fanbase really want to hear them certain songs. WHAM is more me on some young n-gga shit — fast cars, girls, jewelry, money. You know, the turnt lifestyle. And Dominique is more the serious me, more personal. That’s a part of the new journey I’m on. I hate the word vulnerable, but I’m gonna be more open to my fans and my audience.”
